Street Flavor Records, founded in 1991 by gold record producer / platinum mix engineer Sonny Paradise, stands as a cornerstone of Tennessee Hip-Hop. It has served as a launching pad for many of the most prominent independent artists in Nashville. Today, the label is owned by its parent company, SPNDAT INC., and is currently under the stewardship of producers Lorenzo Cole and Sonny Paradise.
Lorenzo Cole
Cole Formato better known as Lorenzo Cole, is a Producer / Artist from Nashville Tennessee. His roots in rock and southern hip-hop have helped create a unique sound that has shaped the vision for his music. Prior to SPNDAT, Cole ran Street Flavor Records full-time, a company founded in 1991. Cole has appeared alongside many successful acts from Nashville such as Jelly Roll, Leroy Biggs, and many others. Notable Mentions: Toured with Jelly Roll, appeared on gold records with a catalog totaling over 21 million streams.
Sonny Paradise
Sonny Paradise is an entertainment executive, operating primarily out of Nashville Tennessee for 32 years. Sonny is an accomplished Producer and Song Writer. His Record Label Street Flavor Records played a pivotal role in the transformation of Nashville from a country music town to Music City USA.
